To take it a step further, if you see a car listed for sale on another site such as ebay or wherever it certainly can be discussed, after all this is a discussion forum. Our main goal was to keep the classified section for seller comments. We don't want to discourage members from selling on our site. Also as has been mentioned every time someone commented on a sale item, it knocked the latest for sale item from the top.
