I too will be moving back at the end of June and I share your sentiment. I was slightly sick of the heat when I left, but after 7 years on the East Coast and this past winter and current spring, I'll take the heat.

And yep, just wait 'til everyone starts piling in your home. My family had the same thing--constant visitors until pretty much everyone eventually moved to the area.
