------When I had the "Red Alert" models made very few were delivered bad. One was pretty comical as the roof was squished way over to one side. Since Jan and I saw so few damaged ones we got in the habit (bad) of just grabbing the next box and sending it out without checking. The squished car changed our methods a bit. The purchaser E-mailed us about it and we couldnt believe that he was giving us correct info, so we had him send it back. Sure enough, he was actually being kind!
Sent him a new one and still have the flattened one, along with three prototype Red Alerts that Ertl sent me to check details.They are pretty crude but are kind of interesting......Bill S
