Thanks for that info, it resolves the misinformation I had about the car i saw in Lansing in 1987. I spoke with Jim Battle a few years ago and the only time the car was linked to Hurst Engineering was when it was shown in Lansing 1997.
Now the open question is how did the car (with power antennae) shown at the introduction an the Tavern On The Green, get destroyed. I have heard two versions, one fell off a transport truck, but I also heard that was the fate of the 1970 Indy pace car. Version two, damaged at a track accident.
Maybe its still out there somewhere.
