I'm pretty sure Stielow would have had the faster time if his seatbelt wouldn't have come off. He did the timed laps with one hand while trying to hold himself in the seat by holding onto the gear shift. Here is the video. Notice the one handed driving. At the end he hold up the unlaced belt.
