the real ones I have seen have a round 'plug' , maybe the diameter of a quarter, in the middle on the inside sticking out maybe a quarter inch or more..looks like where the rubber was filled and then cut from the mold. (this is all from memory)I will try and dig out an endura and and take a pic. later. I have only owned one repro. and that 'plug' was not there.
