Maybe on a Plymouth but not on a Dodge. The ONLY way the console was available was on the SE.

That's why I said on Plymouth E-bodies. Dodge was different, as it was part of the SE package in 70 and the Formal Roof package in 71. There are a lot of things on these cars that aren't coded on the fender tag or on the broadcast sheet yet still appear because they are part of a package. When the leather interior was ordered it came with a different headliner material. That was the clue for the guys on the line to install the overhead consolette, as the material on the consolette matched the unique headliner.
