Looks like a Detroit 12-71 diesel but the bug catchers have me a bit confused - unless they're just for decoration. They are nomally direct-injected with unrestricted intake airflow. The Detroit 12-71 diesels came with two 6-71 blowers,
this was the original application that hodrodders took the blowers from.
