This is a factory GM Holley double pumper carb. The list number is 4296. It was used exclusively on the L-88 and ZL-1 engines. I bought this carb out of an estate. The son told me the Dad used to experiment on the dyno with this carb and others. It shows very little use. The date code is 951, which is the 1st week of May, 1969. I took the bowls off and they look new inside. There are a few choke parts missing and one clutch style accelerator pump screw. All new choke parts and a new pump screw will be installed when it is shipped. Great for you L88 Guys. $1850 with insured shipping.
