You have to run the VIN through Pontiac Historical Services. Without it, it could be anything from a 6-banger Tempest to a real 66 tri-power 4-speed car. There's no way to tell anymore without PHS. Most Lemans's and Tempests were converted, or partially converted, to GTO's decades ago, and many now show the age and deterioration just like an original would.
It's a project car either way, but unless you get the PHS, you can't tell whether to pay $1,000 or $10,000.
Could be a diamond or a cubic zirconia.
