The dated wires come marked either 1st quarter or 3rd quarter of a calendar year; 1Q '69 would work fine for your car.
There are no 2nd or 4th quarter reproduction dated wires, as they were developed to accommodate the NCRS Corvette judging standard, which allows up to six months prior to the car's build date for dated components.
My '69 Z/28 is an 02D Norwood car, built February 27th.
