Yes, my shop built that 1967 Chop and Hack as you have called it. Unfortunately I own the name "Rally" and have had it trademarked. Not to mention I own the patent on the Rally wheel built for the Chop and Hack. I purchased the name from Mr. and Mrs. Rally Wheel before they passed away several years ago. I don't think the phrase "Chop and Hack" was referring to your shop or the car but, was a reference to the show; "Chop, Cut, Rebuild".
