I don't see anything wrong with the comments about the driver's speed and recklessness. He could have seriously injured someone else other than himself with the rate of speed that he was going. Thank god he did not hit a pedestrian or another vehicle.

Unless you have better information the ony thing being speculated on is a parts failure. If you have information on the speed and the recklessness please elaborate.
