Not a musclecar but, looking for help to locate...
My neighbor is looking to get into the collector car scene but has limited funds. He has his eyes set on a Volvo 1800 (I know) but, he's having a real hard time finding a solid car in his price range (up to $10,000).
Do you guys have any ideas where he might look to find such a car? Any help would be appreciated.
