Paint is very nice...we spent a lot of time prepping the body...which was made much easier with "no rust" issues. There are 3 coats of Sherwin-Williams base coat and 2 coats of clear....we have a few touch ups to do and then final cleaning and buffing. It's not a 1000 point trailer queen, but it's no slouch either. We sprayed the vinyl top with 2 coats of SEM Black Landau Color Coat...it makes the top look brand new
All the original window trim cleaned up nice...added new emblems and bezels as needed...restored grill and headlite bezels...etc. The XG rallys really came out nice, we sprayed them with the argent silver formula and then Timmy cleared them...they should hold up well. Interior is very original...only thing I added was new carpet and GM sill plates. Hope to ahve it wrapped up by the weekend.
