ATTENTION sYc MEMBERS! My new book, "YENKO, THE MAN, THE MACHINES, THE LEGEND" is going through the final editing and production/layout stages at CAR TECH, INC. and should be ready by CHRISTMAS 2009. However, I will read a few excerpts from the book at the upcoming 2009 SUPERCAR REUNION to give members a feel for what's to come, and will most likely have a book order sign up sheet available.
MORE GOOD NEWS! After learning of the impending release of the Yenko book, AUTOMOBILE QUARTERLY magazine has asked me to write a condensed 2800 word article on the life and times of Don Yenko, liberally quoting from the book.
AND THE HITS JUST KEEP ON COMING! As a followup to the Yenko book, I have been asked by Car Tech, Inc.; to write a followup book on the HISTORY OF THE GULF RACING TEAM, starting with Yenko and Corvette, then transitioning into Ford GT40, and then on to the Gulf Porsche's.
