You bet I plan to discretely disconnect this system (haven't figured that out exactly).
I still contend that, altho temperature is an input to the TCS system, the primary input is what gear the transmission is in, therefore TRANSMISSION Controlled Spark. Temperature input is a go, no-go sytem (I think

). Vacuum advance is available while car is cold, but once the water temp switch (I don't think it is a sender but rather a switch) says its warmed up, then the vac. advance is cut out (in low gears).
