Default Smokin'
The kid had been bugging me for a smoker so I picked up this mini Brinkman



Sonny boy did not disapoint....chicken on top, ribs downstairs

He made his own firey chemical warfare mix...




I provided a mix of cherry and apple wood chips over hardwood charcoal for the smoke



about five LONG hours later melt in your mouth ribs........
