Used 1969 "USA-1 PUTTING YOU FIRST. . .KEEPS US FIRST" plate.There is a scratch on the top of the "S" and the middle of the "A".There is a Crease through the "PUTTING YOU FIRST" that can be seen in the pics.Also scratches around the mounting holes. $400 w/shipping to lower 48 states. Thanks SYC.
