I never had anything that cool to learn a manual trans on!!! Mine had manual steering and manual brakes, but it just so happened to be in a '52 Ford stake bed with a Flatty that burned more oil than gas!!!! Of course, I was 8 when I was learning and my biggest obstacles were rock outcroppings and cows!!! As I grew up, the funnest truck we had was a '61 Ford F-100 4x4 with a 3 on-the-tree! Used to make that straight 6 scream then nail 2nd. Again, never had anything cool like that to learn on!!!!
