I feel as I should chime in here seeing as I posted this in the first place and it's starting to get a little out of hand. My intention for the post was to get a gauge on what the car was worth, not to bash it. I obviously really like the car, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered posting.

I'm not really sure why people took the "HO" comment and ran with it. I never, ever thought he was claiming it was an HO, and as I've already stated, I thought his intent of stating it was the opposite--to say it's definitely not an HO.

In any event, Don, I apologize if this has caused you any grief. It's an incredibly cool, rare car, and I hope you get for the car what you're asking. I merely posted to gauge the value of the car, as while a car may be rare, it doesn't always translate into high $. Overall, I think people are overreacting on all fronts.

In any event, good luck with the sale. It's a great car.
