I have heard many different numbers, so correct me if I'm wrong but Chevrolet has approx. 16,000 sold orders for Camaros. 99% of the buying public has yet to see one of these cars in person. With all the sold orders, as well as the orders for stock, from dealers the Camaro will be a success for GM/ Chevrolet Division.
The Camaro was a tremendous hit at the Chicago Auto Show. Even the guys from Ford and Chrysler took note. I haven't heard the final Gate tally, but attendance was more than likely up this year. Very positive news
