Default Re: market value of 69 ZL1

I thought this would fit this topic well. I'm curious what you think the value of my car would be..both the way it sits and if I restored it. It is the first green 4-speed - number 34. Purchased new at Govan's Chev. in Baltimore Maryland.
I have all Gibb paperwork and Maryland MSO w/ Govan Chev. documentation from original owner. Car has never been street driven or registered. I am second registered titled owner. I still have copy of title in original owner's name.. New title shows only 371 original miles.
Car was tubbed and raced back in the day and and body has been restored using all original body components from original car as possible. Bodywork was done by same bodyman that restored Jerry M.'s Old Reliable. Bodywork was done prior to my purchasing car and prior to availability of full repro floor and trunk sections therefore floor/tunnel and trunk sections were used from another original car to restore this car. Body is 95% but needs to be finished up ..mostly underneath. The car has recently been disassembled and placed on rotisserie.
Car has been recently documented by Jerry M. and he states as having original VIN, cowl tag and hidden serial number on dash. Jerry has known this car all of its life since it was in the showroom new.
This car is one of a very few with the "original" born-with Zl-1 motor that has been freshly rebuilt with almost all NOS parts. Dyno-time only. I do not have original 4-speed or BE rear. I do have most of the parts to finish. Probably missing 10k of the parts (weatherstrips, etc)needed to finish the car beside the trans. and rear. I am regretfully considering marketing the car soon if I do not get the time to start restoring it sooner than later. Thanks..I always appreciate the opinions of those here.

Also, how much does a restoration on one of these cars cost these days??? I like to do the work myself. But I've heard numbers all over the map!! I dont know if Id be better off sending the car out to have restored and then selling...??
