I guess it depends on your perspective, and your vested interests. If you talk to a realtor, there's nothing wrong with the housing market right now, so it's a good time to list your house with them. And according to my investment banker, our 401K is doing very well. And the Applebee's restaurant down the street from us said they haven't been impacted by the economy at all, business was great! We went back the next week, and the windows were boarded up.
