Hopefully someone here has experienced the same problem as we have, and solved it.
The problem is that the powerglide won´t shift until after 15 to 20 minutes, when it is all warmed up. Once warm it shifts firmly and works just like it should. The transfluid has been changed since the car, a 1967 Impala, had been sitting for at least six years.
Any ideas ?
