There is an O'Keefe Chevy ( family run) in Ipswich near Boston Ma.

The earliest I can remember locally is right when I moved out here. There was Kinney Chevrolet Olds in Riverhead, I bought a new C10 in 1985 there and it was a very old building and has since been torn down. Maybe Steve S. 'paceme' might know, he is close to that area but I don't know for how long.
There is an O'Keefe that runs demo at Riverhead Raceway still.
