. Their no reserve policy is finally going to start biting them IMO. R & S is reserve ONLY and I believe will draw the quality, less issues cars. More importantly, the trend over the last couple years is that if you want a higher percentage of muscle and higher quality muscle, go to R & S. Judging from what R & S has so far this year, that trend is continuing. R & S has done a couple of things to address customer concerns this year: 1. All cars have VINs listed prior to the auction so those who want to can perform due diligence via research, 2. if your car sells you get your listing fee back.
