Gordon told me what he paid in late 80's for the convertible i grew up on that side of town and there was quite a few nice cars in that yard years back. the price was a wopping $175...

i bought the other 455 GS white interior numbers matching. doing my part to keep his dream alive. i think im maxed out. i really appreciate Gordie passing the torch.

The hood was off the car next to it as it sat in a junk yard in east Lancaster Ca. in the early 90s. motor was gone.

First thing ill do is clean it out with hopes of locating a build sheet or broadcast sheet. from Los angeles. maybe on tank.

No its a 400 auto he does have an IE code engine near it maybe hell let it go for this car. but i do have a 3904351 running engine i can put in it.

that is correct Gordon and I got the wagon moved today and wheels on it. he is a very kind man to know. ill be loading it up tomorrow, got my work cut out for me, as you know the motor is long gone....

hey everyone, this car will be coming to a new home soon. after 30 years in same spot.. along with 3 more 427 cars. ill add to story as it unfolds. so today we put some tires on it i had lying around...
