Has anyone ever seen a 7-blade non-clutched fan like this? I'm 95% sure it's the original from my 69 L78 Camaro but everything I have read indicates all had clutch fans. See pics in my gallery....

My 69 396-375 has a date code of 04L on the trim tag. What does this mean? I thought they were A-E. Thanks
