NOS AC Headlights

While digging through a bunch of NOS GM parts I purchased, I came across a case of each of these lights. Anyone have any idea what they are to?
L4421 9427142 back has 8 13V 5 Special service USA 367...

I have a pair of what I believe are torque straps for a 68 Camaro, but not positive. The part number that is stamped on them is 6270739. Does anyone know what vehicles these came on for sure. Thanks,...

I do have some 44TS, in two sizes, what seems to be a common size and one that is a little shorter

They all have 3 thin green stripes and 1 wider green stripe.

Sam, I don't think I have any 44S plugs, but I am at work and the plugs are at home. I will check when I get home and let you know if I have any. Thanks, Larry
