I don't think Hugger Orange was a factory color for the 1969 Nova. Maybe a special order? Hugger Orange (Code 65) was a late addition for the 1970 Nova along with Citrus Green and Sunflower Yellow....

My 1970 Nova SS L78 had the dual snorkel air cleaner. It was an end of June build and was one of the last L78 Novas exported for sale in Canada. Sold new at Belmont Motors in Toronto.
