IIRC, she ended up with the Doug's Headers after the divorce while Doug started the new "Headers by Doug". The latter was the better quality, the former turned to junk.

There's a couple scenes where they show the tach through the windshield which clearly shows the mounting pod being the normal semi-gloss black and the stark difference of the housing being flat black...

No clue, but the 2nd gen vans 67-70 had the doghouse at your elbow while the 3rd gen had the engine just behind the grill. That would make for a very long header.
