1969 camaro Z 28

Wanted 1969 camaro Z28, project or basket case. I am looking for a real Z28 body/shell or more, don't care what shape. Approx. two years ago I spoke to a member on here who had a project, I was not able to follow through, health issues but if you still have or know of someone please email. Thanks in advance for your help.

You may want to check out the classified at www.camaros.net also.

I guess I'm just going to say this flat out...

When you make a statement like the above, it sounds like you are interested in just buying it for the tags.

I would normally agree, but if you are looking for a car to restore, you are going to need more than a shell and you would care about condition IMO.

I could be wrong. All the fakes out there make me think people are up to no good.

I think the silver barn find listed meets your criteria other than the $$$$$.

Re: 1969 camaro Z 28

Thanks, I have always wanted a 69 Z28 and that is what I want sitting in my garage. I would love to buy a complete project but in watching the prices I know my finances will only allow a basket case or shell. My best friend is an old school metal fabricator and willing to help me, If I am going to spend hard earned money, a little at a time it will be on a true Z28. No it will never be numbers matching but will be built with original 69 GM metal one piece at a time. 20 years from now it will still be an original Z.
Thanks
