"293" Coil Application?

Anyone know the application for a 293 coil? Actually are there any reference books with coil numbers and applications other than the Corvette books?

I know at least one application w/o any reference books, '69 Chevelle L78.

1968 V8's SB & BB.
1969 V8's SB & BB.
