I'm originally from Olean NY that is located 40 miles SE of Hamburg NY. In Olean there was a 3rd generation Pontiac dealer thats name is BOKMAN and still in business but no Hanks and there was no "C" in BOKMAN. There was a Chevrolet Dealer in Hamburg called Hallman-Adkins Chevrolet in the 60s and 70s. I have attached a pic of their metal trunk emblem.

Re: Hank Bockman, Hamburg, New York
I talked to my brother in NY who actually pulled the emblem and he told me the Hallman-Adkins emblem was from a 71 Vega. There was a bunch of Hallmans in the Chevrolet business in upstate NY including Herb Hallman from Olean NY who left Olean in the late 60s and opened a Chevy dealership in Reno Nevada until the 90s. We lived on the main drag and used to do a family walk on Sunday evenings and used to look at the all new 67 Camaros in the showroom. I remember there was a RS SS in the front and I have been a Camaro lover ever since.

Yes it was! One of my early memories of living in SoCal was the phone number on the radio jingle for the Olympic Auditorium. The phone number was RI9-5171...LOL

Kim...we probably had them when I lived there...we never threw anything away. It might be worth my time the next time I'm out there to go to some 'antique' malls...to see if I can scrounge one up...along with some early Selman frames for Paul! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif
