Hood latch bolts
 

On a 69 Camaro, were the bolts that attach the hood catch to the hood 6 point or 12 point?

Definately 6 point! Are you referring to the 12 point ones on ebay by chance?

6 point with the captive washer.

The 12 point was a few years later.

Yup, I saw them on eBay, and it got me wondering if I had the wrong ones on my car. The latch must have gone wherever my original hood went, so I found one on a Nova. It had 6 point, but I just wanted to make sure for Camaro.
