Crank Pulley ID...

Can someone tell me what pulley #346300 is for? It's a short water pump, two deep groove, 7.75" dia piece that's very clean and looks like it was mounted with a seperate third groove pulley. -hardly and mounting marks.

Thanks

That's a Crankshaft pulley for a 1975-76 Corvette Smallblock equipped w/air conditioning.

Really.. with that low of a #... OK, thanks for the info. Wonder why only '75-'76 and what the differences are to other years.

Re: Crank Pulley ID...

For Chevrolet,7 digit part numbers are usually early, original production.
5 & 6 digits are usually a red flag for a much later on in production,(or superseded part #),as they had to tap into a whole new numbering system that hadn't been used yet.

I think they went to a non deepgroove pulley after 76.
