Correct part #'s for 69 SS 350 4sp Exh. Manifolds?

Anybody know the proper exhaust manifold numbers for a no-A/C, 4sp 69 SS 350? Car is a norwood car from Connecticut. Also, should it have smog or not? or was that only for California cars?

The same as Z/28 and should have smog.
