I don't think they should give him a plea bargain! Make his dumb ass go to court and have to spend millions in Attorneys fees.Celebrities get off too damn easy! If that was me or you they would be looking to HANG us from the highest tree they could find! I say prosecute them to the fullest extent of the LAW! They should make him do community service at the SPCA cleaning up dog [censored] for two or three years, bathing animals and taking care of them 8 to 10 hours a day plus house arrest Monday through Friday and about 2 million in fines and serve Saturday and Sunday in jail for a year or two. And look how his HOMEBOYS turned on him! Those good friends are singing like canaries!

I thought plea bargaining was for when a federal case wasnt too conclusive and it gave the accused an option not knowing which way it would turn out . When you have 7 witnesses saying he ran the show[alleged] and 3 others flipping on him, why offer him a good deal????? certainly its not to save court costs, we have a lawyer suing a dry cleaner for 54 million over a lost pair of pants and noone cares that that case is still going strong and wasting tax payer money and the courts time. Im sure his high powered attorney wants his 15 minutes of fame and the books he can write if they go the course and win.Im sure he doesnt want a plea deal because it will make him look weak as a lawyer and limit his TV exposure. "if the muzzle doesnt fit, you must acquit"

I just had a daydream: The judge calls the plaintive to the floor, he walks down from the bench and approaches the A-hole. He hands out a few bills and says, "Here's $36. Go buy yourself another pair of pants. Your lawyer and you are only trying to make a lot of money over nothing. I rule this case Frivilous. Court Closed. Adjourned!"
