Schedule, fees, etc for SCr10
 

With SCR10 only days away, thought I would re-list a few things in regards to the event.

First, the tentative schedule.

Meet 'n' Greet @ host hotel (Holiday Inn @ Collinsville,IL)

Hosted by the Super Car Workshop
§ A "pre-show" show &amp; cruise-in, complete with refreshments and lots of cool cars!

Friday, July 27th, 2007
Drag Racing @ Gateway International:
§ Gates open at 8am
§ Racing from 10am until 3pm
§ Move in at Gateway Center from 4pm until 6pm [be there ASAP!]

Dinner banquet w/guest speakers
§ 6:30pm - pre-banquet get together w/cash bar
§ 8:00pm - Banquet w/special guests [tickets required!] Charity auction to follow.
§ 10:00pm - special viewing of Supercars (banquet attendees only!)

Saturaday, July 28th, 2007
Indoor Supercar Show &amp; Outdoor Musclecar Show @ Gateway Center:
§ Doors open to public from 9am to 4pm
§ Cars need to be out of building Saturday evening

Admission to the track on Friday will be $10.00, and anyone wishing to make a pass down the track will need a tech card, which this year will be $20.00 for sYc members and $50.00 for non-members. Also, everyone PLEASE bring a helmet. May not be required for some cars, but a good idea.

Once again will be holding our annual Deuce shooutout, open to all '70 COPO Novas, as well as a bracket race, for pre-1985 cars.

PLEASE, no cloned supercars at the track, but more then welocme to show with the Gateway Camaro club on Saturday.


Anyone wanting to attend the banquet Friday evening will need a ticket, which are $30.00 each. This year a ticket was not included in the indoor show entry fee.

Also, make sure you wear pants and full shoes. Gateway will not allow pass you in tech if you are wearing shorts, and or sandal,flip flops etc. They require a helmet for 13.99 or quicker.

One other question, IF you are a memeber, is it just $20 at the gate to race? Or is it $10 for entry and then another $20 for the tech card?

You guys and gals have a wonderful time at SCR10. The rest of us will live vicariously (sp?) thru your adventures and exploits. I am looking forward to my 1st SCR, unfortunately it won't be this one. I expect a live feed of all activities (well most of them https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...s/rolleyes.gif ).
