I believe alot of the tow bars were interchangable. The tabs and the mounting of the tabs differed alot. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif

According to Bob Dauernheim, the guy who used to own NMW (up until just a few years ago), the tow bar was universal, originally sized for their first mainstream application (early Ford framerails). The brackets were obviously specific to each model. Again, just what I heard when I spoke with this gentleman a while back. Hope this helps, Tony

Correct, I worked for a local Speed Shop from the late '70s into the '90s. The NMW catalog was like a two pager. The Tow Bar was universal and the "tabs" were vehicle specific. They had about 8-10 applications GM Ford and Chrysler. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif
