best Pontiac supercar collection in the world??

I met a guy over the wekend who has without a doubt the BEST rare Pontiac supercar collection I have ever seen,. Name is Rick Mahoney from pa (philly burbs)and he is getting a RAIV convertivble 70 Judge Red, white top and interior, 4 speed restored by Scott Tiemann.. He also has a 73 Formula sd 4 speed,(was in Hemmings musclemachines) a 70 RA IV TA (gonna be in High performance Pontiacs)and a 69 TA convertible 4 speed restored by Scott as well as all kinds of perfectly restored or no mile Pontiacs. His cars are nothing short of spectactular.. Amazing how someone like this can fly under the radar. Hes a great guy too. Anyone ever heard of him?

-----Hope he wasnt "flying under the Radar" on purpose as his cover has just been blown. I do know several collectors that have good reasons for staying out of the limelight. Im sure you asked him if it was OK to use his name in your post, didnt you???.......Bill S

This guy must not mind.....

The advice of the editor was to restore the T/A and keep it. HRM later reported that the Trans Am showed up at the Car Craft Street Machine Nationals and "stole the show."

In December 1991, it was purchased by Dick Bridges from a private collector in North Carolina. "The T/A was complete, drivable, and in presentable condition, but it was no show car," Dick said. Scott Tiemann performed a concours restoration on the T/A that now features a correct engine right down to the date codes. It was completed by January of 1994 and competed at the Detroit Autorama.

Dick loaned the T/A for display at Floyd Garrett's Muscle Car Museum until he sold it in early 2001 to a car dealer in Connecticut. It was bought soon thereafter by collector Rick Mahoney of Pennsylvania, and Milton purchased it in 2003.

Well, the pics are either thumbnails, or they're too large to post. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/crazy.gif

Doesn't Charlie have a 69 Trans Am convertible? I was lucky enough to see the Milton Robson collection in Georgia recently. This man had several rare Pontiacs including several Ram Air IV and Super Duty cars. Below is a couple links to some of his Pontiacs that have been featured in the High Performance Pontiac magazine.

Yes I have a TA convert. Mahoney had a TA convert that he sold to Milton a few years back. Yes Rick is a nice guy with some very cool cars.
