68 Nova strg column sticker

On my 68 nova there was a sticker at the bottom that a 2 letter code "TI" and a part # 780378. Does anybody have a parts book listing that would designate what the application was?

That's the part number & suffix code for the steeing column jacket assembly itself.
It looks like your last digit has worn off as it should be a 7 digit number.

The three 1968 Chevy II steering column possibilities were:
Column #7803781-Column shift with Auto. Trans.
Column #7803782-Floor Shift
Column #7803783-Column shift W/O Auto. Trans.

Thanks Rick, I was hoping the TI on the column would make it more specific and designate 400T or powerglide.

I don't see any difference in the steering column used on either of those two transmissions, unless it was floor shifted.

This was the number on my 68 nova steering column TK 7803782. I was told it was manual steering floor shift. Which was exactly what was in my car.

There are different slots and stops (internal) for a auto column vs a manual on the column.
