Are the 68/69 Chevelle rear armrests the same as 68-70 Nova...

Nope.
They are smaller & narrower when used on the Nova 4 dr.
in some cases,the Chevelle & Big Passenger series 4 dr.cars share the same arm rest pad.

The rear arm rests on a 2 door car are the same as a Chevelle.Novas only received the rear arm rests with the custom interior.The front arm rests are Nova only pieces and they are not reproduced.The parts that are available for the front doors are Chevelle pieces,They are thicker(distance off door panel)than the Nova rests.And the pads are not interchangeable.

Also,In 68 only the nova rear arm rests had the stainless trim piece installed.
