Jack Cover for Chevelle/Monte Carlo
 

Found this cover in a 70 (I think) Monte Carlo in an old junkyard. Does this sound right for a 70 or is it a 71/72 item?

I've never seen one of these before, so I don't think it would have been for a 70.
Anyone else???
