Jeff, When you decipher the 3Q-70 Date code what Month and Day does that work out to. My car was built in June but the engine was assembled in 9-69.

3Q-70 is 3rd Quarter, 1970.

From what I've read on wires....they are not month & day. only which 1/4 of the year. 3-Q-70 is what Verne also states.
