Re: carb list # needed...
Any chance that it might be a 3613?
66 L-78 Chevelle carb. |
Re: carb list # needed...
Or 3133?? 3133 is a 1965 Ford with 240 engine.
Hopefully it's not that. |
Re: carb list # needed...
How much would one of those
3613 -- 66 L-78 Chevelle carbs be worth? I have 2 of those. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif |
Re: carb list # needed...
Dan;
No such animal exists to my knowledge. Can you double-check that number? Jeff; Depends on the date, which is stamped just below the LIST number. Eric |
Re: carb list # needed...
If it's a 2bbl Holley,it's for a 1978-79 Chevrolet 200 CID V6.

Re: carb list # needed...
my guess is that its a 3613 and I misread the rub off.
Its on an original paint '66 Calif. Vette thats getting some minor fixes before judging/selling. The a.i.r. system is one of those fixes... the carb ain't right. Thanks guy! |
Re: carb list # needed...
My 2 3613's are dated:
0A2 = 1970 - November - 2nd week 255 = 1972 - May - 5th Week Doesn't look too good.... Are they worth anything? https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...s/confused.gif |
Re: carb list # needed...
Jeff;
Unless they're REALLY nice carbs, they're probably better off as parts carbs. However, if someone needed a 4150 style Holley with divorced choke for a hotrod project and they aren't concerned with #'s, they would be well suited for that as well. Those early GM 780's are rockin' little street carbs. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...iggthumpup.gif Eric |
