I may be getting them mixed up and if memory serves me right. The lug holes in the wheels are like a obglong slot just to look at them. There is not a depressed area for the formal uni-lug rectangle washers to fit into the face of the wheel. Instead they just use the correct size lug nut with a thick round washer. When using the 4 1-2" pattern that fit a Ford the lug nuts on the wheels will be centered in the slot nearest the center of the mag wheel and outer on a Chev(4 3/4"). They seem to work quite well that way with little or no problems that I have ever encountered as long as they were tightened correctly. You just want to be sure the sholder on the lug nuts are the correct diam. as the slot in the wheel.

yep they have a oblong holes in them and have no ridge cut in them for a offset washer. so i just need to take them to a tire shop to find the correct lug nuts then
