Help- Need info on 4 lug rearend

I have a Chevy 10 bolt, 4-lug rearend. It is 55" from outside of brake hub to outside of brake hub and is a coilspring rearend. It also has a factory panhard bar.
Any info of what this came in and specifics would be appreciated.
