What are your opinions on the following:

78 Vette, 4 speed, no air, documented built by Joel Rosen in 1978, for Export. 454 ZL/X, 4 sp, T10. Recaro seats, and Minilite wheels.

Bought new, and brougth to Joel for conversion, Very complete and unmolested car, DOCUMENTED, Everything.

What is the opinions on a guesstimated value on such a vehicle?

Depending on condition NEW, I think this car would be a neat find.
It sort of the ball park of the Rat Bird LS6 T/A and Charley's old '80s B/M Camaro...
